Went over to Jo's house to watch all the Korean shows we can possibly watch. I was suppose to go to Cam's house first to play squash before walking to Jo's house to watch the movies, but every thing was delayed and have to watch the show straight. Still it was all good!! What can I say, I love korean shows and the actors!! They are so cute!!! Even had dinner there, the food was really good! Especially the Wan Ton Soup! It's the best!

Sadly I have to leave before the show ended, but there is always some thing called borrowing! Haha

Now I just have to worry about the pictures that we want to give to pastor and pastor Mitch. It is taking forever to send. Hope the computer can take it! Go Chris!!

This year's Christmas was a blast!!! Had so much fun, from the performance to the Christmas lunch, watching Night at the Museum(Almost fell asleep during the beginning of the show), and of cause the party I had yesterday!

Almost all the Sec 4 people came to my house for bbq and steamboat. And a sleep over after that! The sleep over was so fun, even what we did in the park although it was raining like crazy. Took super a lot of stupid and crazy pictures! I even laugh so much that I lost my voice!!! Can you believe it!!! But the most crazy thing that happened was in the morning. We talked all the way till 5 am, and all 10 of us were sleeping in one room! Everyone had to be squashed together. It was squeeze but fun! Then we woke up about 9 to go over to the market to get our lunch. Nat kept sleeping! Woke up, went to the toilet, came out and told me he got no tooth brush then went back to sleep on my bed!! That sleepy pig!! But it was funny, and his hair was all standing up. The rest were either talking or taking lots of pictures again.

After lunch, we decided to go to joanne's house to watch movie before watching some of the guys in bethany play street soccer. The show was ok, but almost fall asleep. I was super sleepy!! Had only about 4 hours of sleep.

Went over to juction 8 to jet our dinner and eat while watching the soccer match. The weather was ok at the beginning, then it suddenly rained to heavily, that they had to stop the match, Luckily Xian Han fetched me home, or else I will b stuck in Bishan! So lucky!

Now, I just want to sleep! Need to meet the company tomorrow to return all the things to them. Nights everyone!!!

Today is the first day of the two night Christmas concert at Bethany. The crowd was very good! As usual, it was full house today, and many people had to stand up and watch the concert. All I can say that I'm thankful for the Lord to bring everyone to church to watch us perform and also to bless everyone with strength so that we can give in our all for the performance.

AHHHHHHH!!!! I look super weird in the outfit! That is the only thing I don't like!!! It's ok Sherlyn, one more day!!!

Finally done with the whole 7-11 thing. Thank goodness!!! $520 earned in about 6 days! Haha Matt!!!! But the money is not with me now, and I'm going bankrupt even before buying all the Christmas present!!!

Sleepy now!! Need to wake up early tomorrow. Nights everyone!

Today is the concert day! How time flies, soon Christmas is here! I don't want this holiday to end!

Went over for a party today, but didn't stay for long cause I had to work later on in the night. My dad picked me up just when the party began to start! How cool was that!! NOT=X What can I do, I need to earn money so that I can get everyone their Christmas gifts. Going bankrupt soon! Saw the figures left in my bank account when drawing out some money to buy the stuff to back cookie!! Me and Cam bought a lot of chocolate! Practically the whole thing is chocolate! Can't wait to make it.

Have to get some rest now, big day tomorrow! And also because there is super a lot of mosquitoes in his room!! Felling itchy all over my legs!!!! Nights ppl!!!

Had a group gathering today! It has been so long since every one met up and catch up with things! Well not everyone. Cam, Sarah and Daniel wasn't there. It seems like every time we have a group photo or group outing, some one will not be there, WHY!!!

Any way we watch Eragon today. t wasn't a wow movie, but it was still ok. According to Mark, the director had cut off a lot of what was written in the story book. After that we went to play pool. The places was crowded with people. I didn't know that so many like to play pool, and some more during the week days!. We waited so long to have one table. Me, Dru and Ben even walked all the way to the pool shop over at the building oppsite the glass Fish & Co. When we reached there, the place we also crowded with many people! The waiting lsit is also super duper long. So we need to make our way back again!

Ate Swenson for dinner today. Many jokes were told and they were super funny! You know the 'your mother so fat' kind of jokes! During dinner many things were said and ucovered(know what you guys were talking all alond, just didn't want to say it out!)=X Then when it is time to pay the bill, it was even more funny. Every one took out some money and found out that the bill is too big that we have to count about 5 time to see whether we had taken out enough money. In the end, we still were still lack of 30 cents. I think the bill was $229+. What can you say, we ate at Swensom!

It made my shoe so wet during the survey job not long ago!!!! Hate it!!!! Hope my shoe don't grow smaller, it will be a trouble then! I need to use it this Friday and Saturday Christmas Concert!!!Boohoo!!

Had a really bad day today!! Just told Mark about my most horrible day of my life!! I was late today for school when it is the most important day of the year! I had to go back to school to collect my results! And I was late because of the stupid bus uncle! He just drove past me without opening the door!! Can you believe it! Luckily my vice-principal didn't detain me, or else who knows what time will I be getting my results! Almost cried at the bus stop just now, it was so embarrassing. Any way, it is all over and I never want to think about it again! Don't even remind me about it!

Went for caroling yesterday! It was super fun, but had a bad saw throat the moment I got up yesterday. Heard that many people too suffer the pain. I think it is all the singing we did during Youth Conference. But it is all ok, it was my first time at caroling. I didn't know what to expect. There were a lot of walking and eating and of cause singing. We kept on singing the same songs over and over again. It just happen that every one love the same songs I guess. I can still remember the most popular song is 'Joy To The World'. I think I sang that song like a Gazillian(with a capital 'g') times! But it was fun. Went over to Joanne's house after the last house with Cam, Rach, Allister, Jeremy and Ben. Intended to watch a show and eat Roti Prata at the same time, but it was too late and everyone has to go home early to prepare fore church the next day. Was super duper tired when I got home. I literally drop on the sofa and fell asleep shortly. I was so lazy that I didn't even want to take of my earrings before sleeping.

Woke up this morning with a even more itchy throat. To make it worst, I had a full dress rehearsal tonight and I could barely talk, needless to say about singing. Surprisingly, it was not bad, but still, i kept coughing the whole day!!

My mummy got baptized today! So happy for her. Although she was brought up in a Taoist family, she is able to find the Lord as part of her life. Congratulation mummy!!!

Getting my results today, later at 2 pm. Very nervous, I don't know what am I going to get. Hopefully it is some thing I want to get!! Wish me luck!!!

I'm back!! Had so much fun in Youth Conference and I'm really glade that I attended it! My very first Youth Conference is very touching, meaning full and scary all at the some time. Pastor taught us about how to be part of the Kingdom of God. The message he used to teach us was from Matthew chapter 6:33 " But seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you"

To be part if the Kingdom of God, there are 7 principles that we need to know and have

1) Seeking - through seeking we will be able to find answers. Through seeking we will be able to know more about His word that it can help in growing our faith. Some times we may think that our faith is really great and strong, but in reality, we are really very weak in our faith. And our faith is actually as small as a mustard seed, but if we grow that faith, it will become very big and strong.

2)Companion(why & how) - when we want to seek the Kingdom of God, we must ask ourselves why we want to seek the kingdom if God and how are we going to seek that Kingdom of God. We want to seek the kingdom of God because he is God that loves us for who we are, we want to seek the Kingdom of God because we has done so many things for us that he even made his son to die on the Christ for us and to forgive all the sins we have committed on earth.

3)Planning - this will always tell me that God has planned our life for us and it is for us to know what he has planned and to choose the correct way to walk. And also the Lord knows every thing before we do, even on what we want to ask him.

4)Testing - in times to come, there will be a lot of test given to us, and all these tests will test us on how strong owe faith is in the Lord Jesus. And the Devil and Satan will always be there to weaken us so that we won't be able to walk the correct way to the Kingdom of Heaven. There are things in this world that can distract us from having that strong faith in God. And some times we may struggle, and we don't turn back to the Lord. That is when we failed the test, and Satan has won the battle. Even not seeking or not being able to understand in the word of God can be part of failing the test that is given to us. All these can lead to fearing that will soon overwhelm our soul. That is when we have failed the test, Satan will be there snatching away all the words that we have learn and we will not be able to understand any of the scriptures even if we are there to listen. That really scare me because I'm afraid that I myself is also the same, but I will never want that to happen. Therefore it tells me that no matter how big or small the struggle is, we must always turn back to the Lord and ask Him for help. The person I really admire is Abraham as he is willing to sacrifice his beloved son to the Lord because of the love that Abraham has for Him. Only if I can do the same thing, but at this point, I must be honest and say that I will not be able to do the same thing, because I have not love the Lord as much as Abraham did. The most important thing that I learnt about testing is that when we start the journey towards the Kingdom of Heaven, we must not stop, but to endure al the way as the test will be more difficult then the previous ones.

5)Purpose & Power - we must find that sense of purpose as we will tend to go astray if we do not have that purpose, but it isn't that easy as you think it is. There is the vanity fair that will distract us. We must always remember that all the vanity things that come from earth will be gone after a while. God has given us the purpose of our life and we must treasure it. We will be able to see that we have that purpose when we are able to see God doing that purpose in our life. You will be able to see that change in yourself. And when you love the Father and desire to see the works of the Father, you will see that purpose in you life. And the purpose comes from the word of God. The word of God will also be transform into the power that we can use to defend ourselves from Satan. As 'he who has forgiven will be loved much'. It tells me that although we might have failed, he will still love us and will be there for us. It is good enough to start will a small love.

6)Promises - the treasure is actually the promises that God has given to as. Promises like having a Spiritual family, being able to understand the scriptures, a promise of abundance(many more), but if we are not able to find the promises that God has given to us, we are truly not worthy to be part of the kingdom of God. At the same time we must also believe in the promises as if you believe, what ever you ask, it will be given to you (Matthew 7:7) and nothing is impossible if you believe. All this thing must be done by faith. There is many problems that we face because we don't believe and also because we did not ask for the promises. We must believe!!!

7) Provision - when we enter the Kingdom of God, we will be the son of the a Great God. We must appreciate the things that we are given in the Kingdom( Materials). Therefore the more we shouldn't have little faith. Every thing always come back to believing in the Lord. That is what God wants us to do from the beginning. At the same time God will provide the words that we speak(Ministry), the things that he wants us to say.
I) The Holy Spirit that will indwell within us( His Promises and Provision)
ii) He can be a teacher to us
iii) He is also our guide
iv) He also can empower us with his words.

We must know how to treasure Him and relate to Him. There will be a spirit of life that will transform you. Another thing that he give us as provision is the bible where all the scriptures and parables that take about Jesus and all the Disciples that is part of the Kingdom. Lastly God also gave us the 'Band if Brothers'. It meant that God has provided a special bond between everyone that going to be and is part of the kingdom of Heaven. God's kind of provision is where you can call a person your brother and fellow worker ( Example: Paul & Epaphroditus).

I think that all the principles all lead to how great and strong our faith is towards the Lord and most importantly our soul. If we don't have the understanding, it is as good as allowing the Satan to take away our soul. If we want to be committed to the Lord, we must not on allow Satan to take away our souls. If we can manage to follow all the principles, we will be worthy enough to be part of the wonderful Kingdom, at the same time we must remember to mear fruits. We must respond to the Words if the Lord and apply to ourselves in order to bear that spiritual fruit that the Lord wants us to have.

Can't wait for the next Youth Conference to really learn more about the Father in Heaven!!!

Watched Happy Feet with my brother on Wednesday. The show is super duper cute!!! Don't know why some people thinks that the show is boring! I love the show a lot. I even got a free Happy Feet ink pad and chop when i get the Happy Feet combo at the candy stand!!!

I love the Five Amigos(if it is spelled like that) together with their way of living and speaking!!! So funny!!! Every time the 'Leader' of the group talks, i start laughing like a mad girl!!! Seriously, he is superduper cute!!

Bought myself a bag for Christmas. It was love at first sight. I really can't wait for Christmas. I even bought a Nitando DS for my brother as a Christmas gift. It cost me $259!!! Hope i don't regret buying it for hime!!! I've spent more money on him then on myself. Can you believe it! i can't! I've never done that before. Hope that he will be encouraged by it and study hard next year.

I really can't stand the road show at all. There isn't much people passing by every day. Either they don't buy, don't even see or ask super a lot of qustion but still didn't buy! but what can i do, being in this business ain't easy! No sir!!At most I only get 4 costumers per day! And we don't get to earn enough! The total amount of money earn the past 7 days is not enough to compare to the one day of sales at Thomson plaza. Can you believe it! The numbers are really disappointing. Luckily my boss gave me some projects to do so that i can kill some time away. The Aunty beside my shop kept on complaining about not having any business for the pass to days and how hot it is over at Hougang Point. She is really cute!!! Hope that the bushiness will grow better each day!

At least there is still the 7-11 store job for me to do. Or else I will be slacking around every night after the road show watching Korean dramas. I manage to do at least 10 stores per night. You can say that it is easy money earned. It only takes the most 3 mins to do 1 store, but if any mistakes are done(not taping down the whole thing), it can really cost a lot! The survey might not be accurate. Hope that the only mistake that happened to me on my 1st store will not happen again.

Today, I almost lost my very important id. If I ever lose it, I can't continue my job! It is as good as being fired! I don't want that to happen! It is my very 1st job!!! Luckily a man found it on the floor and returned it to me!!! Lucky me!!!

We rehearsed 3 times today during choir! 3 times!! It was tiring but fun at the same time. Everyone was putting in every thing they've got. Even pastor Charlie(being the narrator).

After the rehearsal, I wanted to go down to the Hougang Festival Mall to work at the road show, but my dad say that there aren't much to be done and asked me not to go. He also said that I can start doing the 7-11 store job (M.S. try figuring that out) later in the night, after fetching my elder brother back to camp. Then, it was already 11 o'clock.

After sending my mother and brother home, my dad took out the road directory for us to find our way to the stores located to me. We decided to cover bedok north 1st. So slowly, one store after another was done. Without noticing, I've already finished 9 stores in an hour, fast right. And each store I do, I earn $8. You do your own calculation on how much I've earned. I'm glad that my dad is willing to drive me around from store to store. If it wasn't for him, I would have taken forever to complete the whole thing.THANK YOU DADDY!!!! LOVE YOU LOTS!!!!

Yesterday was the start of the road show for the whole entire December. But business was really bad on the first day! We didn't sell any thing! Can you believe it, but the second day(which is today) was a little bit better. I sold my very first food cover in this road show, but soon after I sold the first, I have to go for the Youth Conference 1st runners-up session! Looked forward to that though. All the pastor told us so many jokes that really crack everyone up in the santuary!

In to day's runners-up, Pastor Charlie gave us three questions.

Q1) How many of the phrase ' Kingdom of God' is being used in the gospel of Matthew?

Q2) Where are these phrases found? (from which verse)
and lastly

Q3) What do you seek in the Kingdom of God?

From what I've learnt today, seeking in the Kingdom of God is imperative. We have to seek for the Kingdom of God. And also seeking in the Kingdom of God is seeking continuously. "If we don't seek, we will never find the Kingdom of God". And if we combined these tree together, we will be able to feel the exceedingly great joy.

Another session has pasted, and another lesson have been learnt.

Can't wait for Youth Conference to start!!! Know that it will be a blast!!!
