The first full dress rehearsal is really crazy!! We are singing the 1st number, so we have to really sing out with all our heart and soul and might! But the challenge is to change into the next costume while the number is still going on!

The sequence of the song
The 'youth choir' will sing and dance the broad way portion first and go back stage to change while the 'one voice' starts to sing the irishy portion of the song. Lastly the 'youth choir' will join in at the second verse till the end of the song.

Back stage was crazy! Everyone was shouting ' where is my skirt! where is my skirt!' Then you will just see the girl trying really hard to change in time! And the skirt is super long so moving around is a real challenge! During practise, I almost trip on my skirt and fell down! I hope those things will not happen on the actual day.

After the 1st number, there is a long breather which gives me a super long time to change back for the last two number! Pheew!!

Although it is tiring and all, I have to say that this experience is great! I don't mind doing it again. I can't wait for the actual thing!!

Youth Conference '07

The Lord has made so many promises for us and has put in the New Covenant. It means these promises cannot and will not be erased. This like WOW!!...to know that the Lord has made so many promises for our benefits, further more He fulfills every single one of them!! Even better, we are all invited to enter into this New Covenant despite how much wrong thing we have done. However, it is so difficult for us to even be diligent in reading His words in order to be equipped so that the Lord can use us and to also have a closer and more personal relationship with the Lord.

God went to the extant of swearing not be angry with us nor to think about all the sins we have committed. He did all this because His son, The Lord Jesus Christ who died on the cross for us so that all our sins and iniquity would be forgiven. Jesus Christ did so much for us and had suffered so much for us because He loves us tremendously! It is because of Him that we are justified! WOW!!!

It is also amazing to know that we are called His 'Sons and Daughters'...that is how close a relationship we have with the Lord.

There are no other way to respond to what He has done then to serve Him wholeheartedly. But first, we must be fully equipped with His word and in order to do so, we have to be diligent in reading the scriptures each morning and ask the Lord in prayer to teach us personally and to help us understand what we read and not to read it just for the sake of reading. It may be difficult but fear not, for the Lord your God is there for us!

'Fear not, for I am with you.

Be not dismay, for I am your God.

I will strengthen you,

Yes, I will help you.

I will uphold you with my righteous right hand'

Isaiah 41:10

The Lord has done so much for us yet He ask for so little in return, In fact, He only ask us to meet 5 aspects

-To love Him
-To serve Him
-To fear him
-To keep His commandments
-To walk in all His ways.

'12 And now, O Israel, what does the LORD your God ask of you but to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, 13 and to observe the LORD's commands and decrees that I am giving you today for your own good? '

I need to be more discipline and diligent! That is why I need to sleep now so that I can wake up early in morning to read the words the Lord

Cooking was a disaster!!

Today, I attempt to make some Konynaku jelly for the get together at Allister's house tomorrow and it was a total disaster!

The first attempt :
It was a complete failure! the powder was all lumpy because the stupid me poured the syrup in too quickly! It looked like really big tadpole!!!

The Second attempt :
I put in so much afford in measuring the powder and all BUT I didn't realised that the powder was expired! I only realised it when I cooked it half way. Down the drain it went. I felt to stupid!!

The Third attempt :
Threw away all the expired powder and used the new one which I bought today...luckily! Followed the instructions carefully this time. Felt like I did it wrongly again...but obviously I did not!!

After many months of not touching the wok to cook, all my natural talent is gone! I hope they like it and not get diarrhea!! haha

Absolutely can't wait for tomorrow!!

I have no idea what's so good about the gatseby song that people have to play it over and over again!!! It is worst when they played it in town! And why must the guy act so 'gayly' with all the turning here and there, twisting of the hair and looking at himself in the mirror. I thought only girls do that! I just don't get this advertisements!! In the end of the new gatseby ad, the guy sticks his tongue out to the small little boy. Why!!!!I don't get it at all!! I think it is ok for the first few times but not all the time!! It's too much!! Can someone please do some thing to it!!

MY IPOD!!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My ipod died on me for no reason! I can't off it, restart it, I can't do any thing to it!!! Some one please kill me right now! It was working PERFECTLY well this morning, then suddenly the thing just went died on me!!! And it is only about 1 month old! Some one please HELP me!!!

Wednesday - D day for my wallet! Getting 8 presents(done but didn't buy all)

Thursday - getting my hair rebonded(done...my hair is super flat now!!!)

Friday - a batch get together (Absolutely can't wait!!)
- house warming
- birthday party
- sharing preparation at Allister's house...like FINALLY!!! (done)

Saturday - Choir practise (done)

Sunday - SHARING during Sunday school
-choir practise!!
-Youth Conference!!(done and its very challenging!)
Busy week but fun I guess. People in poly are all mugging for their common test the following week! All the best to all of you!

HEY EVERYBODY!!! I'M BACK!!!

The trip was okay I guess considering that both the flight was bumpy and I can't get any more unlucky! On the flight to Shen Zhen, an old man who was sitting behind me kept banging on my sit! And on the flight back, the man sitting in front of me kept his seat lying down no matter how many times the air Steward put it back upright!

From this trip I found out that brothers are really irritating!! My brother wanted to FART AT MY FACE!!!! How irritating can they get!!

I've got to go now..but I'm not done here!!
