HAPPY 35th ANNIVERSARY BETHANY!!!

I asked myself, what I'm thankful for for this year's anniversary and after coming back from the 'party' itself, I've definitely got to say that it starts from the beginning where the Lord had brought me to Bethany many years ago and brought be back again 3 years ago. I'm thankful to be part of this family even though I've neglected my faith a couple of years back and to be able to meet great people who loves the Lord and wants to serve Him as much as I do now. To see the Lord's blessings showered over Bethany and the extended IPC family the past 35 years make me love Him so much more. This is why I want to be a better person, a better Christian for Him and to be the body of Christ in His vision for us where Christ Himself is our head.

At the same time, I'm also thankful that Chin Ying had finally agreed on coming for one of Bethany's important occasion. I hope that through this anniversary service, she would be able to see for Lord in a more personal perspective and the Lord's blessings on everyone who believes. May be someday shw would join the IPC family even.

On the way back from the celebration, Ben asked me about my thoughts on this year's anniversary and I found out I was biding about the bushes of faith when I answered his questions. I spoke non about my faith in the Lord at all. Is it because I'm afraid of acknowledging my faith in the Lord? I know that my faith in Him isn't strong but I do know that I do have faith in the Lord. Why can't I just testify it? This is very disappointing and depressing, so I'm going to work on this problem. I want to be able to testify of my faith with much courage and assurance.

The combine choir is going to sing our last song for anniversary tomorrow during combine service and I'm looking forward to it because it is a fun song that speaks about what we should be doing as the army of Christ. I hope people will enjoy the item.

It may be just a 5 letter word but it means much more than anyone can ever imagine. I can say I trust the Lord but the size of this trust of mine is only a mustard seed small. This 5 letter word is something which I need to seek from the Lord a lot especially at this moment because I'm just confuse and is only getting more confuse these days. Seek I will do, so FIGHTING!

Presenting the Youth Choir Singing ' You Are'

I think we did a really nice job there. Good job Youth Choir (: Now lets knock the audience off their socks during Anniversary this Saturday with our voices.

Any way, I don't look like I'm smiling when I sing but I definitely felt like I was smiling. Hmm must practice more in front of the mirror.

Ruminate, Rejoice and Remember

My first major exam was ok. Better than I expected I have to say because I know I kept reading the notes I've made but had no clue on whether it went into the bank(brain). Apparently it did. Everything kept pouring out from my head and onto the answer sheet. Well I cannot say I could answer all the questions which I did not but it was definitely better than I felt I could do. Oh on the test paper I accidentally spelled 'something' as 'someting'! TING!!! I could not believe myself! TING! E~~~

Up next will be my second and the last paper for this semester then I'm off for an about 2 months break. I know people will hate me for this because I started school not long ago and now I'm having a rather long break, but I can't help it, it's school. Just be thankful you guys can go for YC. There are pros and cons in this kind of stuff. So I'm thankful for this well-deserved break although I would give it up any time to attend for YC in Dec.

I'm just thankful for everything that is happening.

Olympics Men's volleyball is so disappointing. The players are old, shaggy, has beer belly. . .and NOT HANDSOME!!! Most of them look old enough to be my father. How can they compete?

I'm going to watch a private premiere of wall.e on the 23rd of Aug. What a great day! 1st the private premiere at lido and 2nd, I'm going down to RCCC to celebrate Bethany's birthday (: Can things get any better?

I will choose to praise His name instead of complaining. If it wasn't for His strength and the will to meet goals each day, I wouldn't be able to accomplish so much more. Even at times when I may starle, at the end of the day I will still choose to praise Him for His goodness and and calmness to get through it.

Was doing my IT project that is due tomorrow and I'm pretty stressed about it because I'm no where near to completion. So my god-sis should me a few videos which I thought was really cute! And it really did helped a bit so here goes, enjoy.

Was talking to Rach on MSN yesterday and I asked her for a nice picture of her. (It's for my never ending IT project people, nothing else) But instead of giving a nice picture, she gave me these:

I know it looks retarded and all but those where nice moment we had cam whoring in the taxi with are really bad resolution phone camera while one the way to church for YPG. Stayed over at her house the day before. No doubt all these pictures brought laughter. Ah~~those day! I miss it, but I know it will be back soon, this Dec (: See you then Rach!
