I'm back!! Had so much fun in Youth Conference and I'm really glade that I attended it! My very first Youth Conference is very touching, meaning full and scary all at the some time. Pastor taught us about how to be part of the Kingdom of God. The message he used to teach us was from Matthew chapter 6:33 " But seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you"

To be part if the Kingdom of God, there are 7 principles that we need to know and have

1) Seeking - through seeking we will be able to find answers. Through seeking we will be able to know more about His word that it can help in growing our faith. Some times we may think that our faith is really great and strong, but in reality, we are really very weak in our faith. And our faith is actually as small as a mustard seed, but if we grow that faith, it will become very big and strong.

2)Companion(why & how) - when we want to seek the Kingdom of God, we must ask ourselves why we want to seek the kingdom if God and how are we going to seek that Kingdom of God. We want to seek the kingdom of God because he is God that loves us for who we are, we want to seek the Kingdom of God because we has done so many things for us that he even made his son to die on the Christ for us and to forgive all the sins we have committed on earth.

3)Planning - this will always tell me that God has planned our life for us and it is for us to know what he has planned and to choose the correct way to walk. And also the Lord knows every thing before we do, even on what we want to ask him.

4)Testing - in times to come, there will be a lot of test given to us, and all these tests will test us on how strong owe faith is in the Lord Jesus. And the Devil and Satan will always be there to weaken us so that we won't be able to walk the correct way to the Kingdom of Heaven. There are things in this world that can distract us from having that strong faith in God. And some times we may struggle, and we don't turn back to the Lord. That is when we failed the test, and Satan has won the battle. Even not seeking or not being able to understand in the word of God can be part of failing the test that is given to us. All these can lead to fearing that will soon overwhelm our soul. That is when we have failed the test, Satan will be there snatching away all the words that we have learn and we will not be able to understand any of the scriptures even if we are there to listen. That really scare me because I'm afraid that I myself is also the same, but I will never want that to happen. Therefore it tells me that no matter how big or small the struggle is, we must always turn back to the Lord and ask Him for help. The person I really admire is Abraham as he is willing to sacrifice his beloved son to the Lord because of the love that Abraham has for Him. Only if I can do the same thing, but at this point, I must be honest and say that I will not be able to do the same thing, because I have not love the Lord as much as Abraham did. The most important thing that I learnt about testing is that when we start the journey towards the Kingdom of Heaven, we must not stop, but to endure al the way as the test will be more difficult then the previous ones.

5)Purpose & Power - we must find that sense of purpose as we will tend to go astray if we do not have that purpose, but it isn't that easy as you think it is. There is the vanity fair that will distract us. We must always remember that all the vanity things that come from earth will be gone after a while. God has given us the purpose of our life and we must treasure it. We will be able to see that we have that purpose when we are able to see God doing that purpose in our life. You will be able to see that change in yourself. And when you love the Father and desire to see the works of the Father, you will see that purpose in you life. And the purpose comes from the word of God. The word of God will also be transform into the power that we can use to defend ourselves from Satan. As 'he who has forgiven will be loved much'. It tells me that although we might have failed, he will still love us and will be there for us. It is good enough to start will a small love.

6)Promises - the treasure is actually the promises that God has given to as. Promises like having a Spiritual family, being able to understand the scriptures, a promise of abundance(many more), but if we are not able to find the promises that God has given to us, we are truly not worthy to be part of the kingdom of God. At the same time we must also believe in the promises as if you believe, what ever you ask, it will be given to you (Matthew 7:7) and nothing is impossible if you believe. All this thing must be done by faith. There is many problems that we face because we don't believe and also because we did not ask for the promises. We must believe!!!

7) Provision - when we enter the Kingdom of God, we will be the son of the a Great God. We must appreciate the things that we are given in the Kingdom( Materials). Therefore the more we shouldn't have little faith. Every thing always come back to believing in the Lord. That is what God wants us to do from the beginning. At the same time God will provide the words that we speak(Ministry), the things that he wants us to say.
I) The Holy Spirit that will indwell within us( His Promises and Provision)
ii) He can be a teacher to us
iii) He is also our guide
iv) He also can empower us with his words.

We must know how to treasure Him and relate to Him. There will be a spirit of life that will transform you. Another thing that he give us as provision is the bible where all the scriptures and parables that take about Jesus and all the Disciples that is part of the Kingdom. Lastly God also gave us the 'Band if Brothers'. It meant that God has provided a special bond between everyone that going to be and is part of the kingdom of Heaven. God's kind of provision is where you can call a person your brother and fellow worker ( Example: Paul & Epaphroditus).

I think that all the principles all lead to how great and strong our faith is towards the Lord and most importantly our soul. If we don't have the understanding, it is as good as allowing the Satan to take away our soul. If we want to be committed to the Lord, we must not on allow Satan to take away our souls. If we can manage to follow all the principles, we will be worthy enough to be part of the wonderful Kingdom, at the same time we must remember to mear fruits. We must respond to the Words if the Lord and apply to ourselves in order to bear that spiritual fruit that the Lord wants us to have.

Can't wait for the next Youth Conference to really learn more about the Father in Heaven!!!
