JUNIOR CAMP!!!!!

Yeah!! The one week of junior camp is finally here!! Super excited about it and it is my 1st time helping out at junior camp. As you can see that I'm 1 day late in writing this entry. I tried writing it yesterday when i got back from church, but was too tired to move my legs after shower that i fell asleep on my father's bad immediately after lying down. There were a lot of things to do yesterday as it was the 1st day. Had to help serve the kids, prepared the equipments for the games, washed the plates and cups for the kids after meals and helpped Tr. Pat during the workshop. Although it is really tiring but i really enjoyed helping out with me other fellow helpers. (Must have a sense of purpose in doing it) We get to spend lots of time helping at our God's house!

I just want to thank God for the Camp Officers and pastors for spending so much time preparing for this whole camp!!! So as helpers i should do the best and the most that i can do even though i have to go back to school for 3 days.

I went back to church after school to attend Pastor's special service for the helpers today. He taught us how to really be a great servant for the Lord in his house. And i want to make sure i attend as many lessons as i can go.

Pastor told us that we must practise what we learnt so far, therefore Pastor is meeting the helpers at 7am to start the practise. I will be there on time even though i have to leave for school half an hour later. I want to do any thing that can help me become a better servant for the Lord and one day be a responsible camp officer! Although a lot of work is needed but it is all worth while. I even get to play and take care of the small ones!! JUST LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!

Oh, and i made some new small little and cute friends from church!! Tiny little Grace Goh(she is super cute, especially when she smiles!!), Sarah Lim(chinese tuition teacher's neighbour), Annabel Fung( super hyperactive girl), Hannah( A sweet little girl), Sylvia and Grace Lim( cute and cuddly), Nathin Quah( Ben Quah's little sister. Another cute and shy girl), Ryan Tan(small little boy that looks like Hiro from the serial Heroes and Luke Tan( well he is actually not new to me, he is Nat's brother and he is super CUTE!!!) I hope that as the camp passes by and come to an end, i will be able to know more small kids.

Can't wait for another day of helping out!! Really have to sleep right now or i will never wake up early for church. Nights everyone.
