While everyone is going back to school, I'm most of the time at home doing nothing. And I hate it a lot! Someone please hire me soon!!! I seriously need to learn how to use my time more productively!

I'm just glad that I've got church though. Friday lesson with P. Mitch, Saturday YPG lesson and Sunday lessons. There is always so many things to learn each lesson. Be it life's lessons or lesson which I need to know in order to be equipped.

"Holy Holy Holy is the LORD of host,

The world is fun His glory."

- Isaiah 6:3

This was one of the verses which was thought to the batch yesterday by P.Mitch and it tells us that the Lord is so Holy that He deserves our greatest and highest regard for Him. And when we come before Him we should be humble and not proud. Because we must always remember that we are all sinners! The thing is, many people don't think they are sinners, but in actual fact, that is why they tend to not have the proper regard for the Lord. Learning to have a proper regard for Him is some thing which I really want to take with me each day, along side with being conscious of His presence being with me each day.

"I am with you"

The second verse which P.Mitch shared with us comes from Psalm 119:9

"How can a young man cleanse his way?

By taking heed according

to Your Word."

It is truly necessary for us to ask the Lord to cleanse us from all our sins, especially when we come before Him, like when reading His words and serving Him. And one way in which we can be cleanse is by taking heed according to His word, as stated from the verse. This give me more reason to want to read the word, on top of wanting to be equipped.

However it is more difficult than just saying or for this instance, typing. The lessons taught is difficult to understand when I'm reading it by myself, so I'm actually looking forward to see Lori tomorrow! (:

Then during choir gathering today, P.Mitch taught us some things about the way we should sing and praise His name.

"Rejoice in the LORD, oh you righteous!

For praise from the upright

is beautiful."

-Psalm 33:1

Do not be someone who contradicts or so to say, live a double life. It is no use praising the Lord every Sunday when at home, you are someone who go against your parents, or saying words which aren't appropriate. Some thing which I want to learn is to be someone who lives an upright life so that I will be able to sing with all my heart and soul. I hope to see changes in my life.

I like this kind of reflection. It tells me whether I was paying attention to the Pastors and teachers...hahaha. It helps me re-learn what was taught! I should do this more often (:
