HAPPY 35th ANNIVERSARY BETHANY!!!

I asked myself, what I'm thankful for for this year's anniversary and after coming back from the 'party' itself, I've definitely got to say that it starts from the beginning where the Lord had brought me to Bethany many years ago and brought be back again 3 years ago. I'm thankful to be part of this family even though I've neglected my faith a couple of years back and to be able to meet great people who loves the Lord and wants to serve Him as much as I do now. To see the Lord's blessings showered over Bethany and the extended IPC family the past 35 years make me love Him so much more. This is why I want to be a better person, a better Christian for Him and to be the body of Christ in His vision for us where Christ Himself is our head.

At the same time, I'm also thankful that Chin Ying had finally agreed on coming for one of Bethany's important occasion. I hope that through this anniversary service, she would be able to see for Lord in a more personal perspective and the Lord's blessings on everyone who believes. May be someday shw would join the IPC family even.

On the way back from the celebration, Ben asked me about my thoughts on this year's anniversary and I found out I was biding about the bushes of faith when I answered his questions. I spoke non about my faith in the Lord at all. Is it because I'm afraid of acknowledging my faith in the Lord? I know that my faith in Him isn't strong but I do know that I do have faith in the Lord. Why can't I just testify it? This is very disappointing and depressing, so I'm going to work on this problem. I want to be able to testify of my faith with much courage and assurance.

The combine choir is going to sing our last song for anniversary tomorrow during combine service and I'm looking forward to it because it is a fun song that speaks about what we should be doing as the army of Christ. I hope people will enjoy the item.
