It's GOOD to be back in 'School'

Well I put the ' because it is not really Ngee Ann school school but Bethany Kindergarten school school. Yup! Finally went back to help out once again and I'm really glad to be back and to see those cheery little faces that never fail to put a smile on my face even though they can be a handful some of the times.

It may be a new and last semester for them after a week of break but it is certainly not the last for me to learn something new. I'm glad that I'm learning something everyday because it keeps my brain working or else my brain would be dead by the time school reopens. By the way I've still got about a month left of holiday. I seriously think the break is too long although there are lots to be done or will be happening this month. I think I need to get myself a job.

Any-hoo, let me review my day.

Got up early to meet pastor together with the church stuff for morning devotion. It is refreshing to start off the day with a nice yet deep and challenging lesson which was taught to us. We began this new semester reading from 1 Corinthian 3:1-4. It tells us about the problems which the Corinthian churches faced, that can or should I say will happen to any churches around the world. The biggest problem that they had was carnality. The other problem includes being a babe(childish) in the church who is unable to take in deeper lessons (something which is required for one in order to grow spiritually). It's sad to say that I face both problems even at this moment. And I think this problem can only be solved through sheer determination from ourselves as the Lord has done His part by providing us with the strength we need even though we don't deserve it. This is why I need to 'work out' my spiritual life and be one that is instinctively spiritual; someone that can give the Lord the double honour and glorify Him which is due.

Besides morning devotion, I had to go through things which I guess is a job a childcare teacher when things like these happen. I had to clean after and change a girl who peed on her panties, try my very best to make Tyler stay still for lessons, keep Roxanne hush before her mom comes to pick her up, attempt to stop a new kid from crying and so much others. All these crazy things may have happened in school all in one day but I definitely have to say...

It's good to be back!
